Setfords reaches 15,000 Trustpilot reviews at 4.9 stars – the highest rating of any law firm over 15,000 reviews
Setfords, the UK’s largest platform law firm, has passed 15,000 verified client reviews on Trustpilot while maintaining an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars – matching the highest rating of any law firm with more than 15,000 reviews. The firm reached the milestone just two years after passing 10,000 reviews.
It follows a period of sustained momentum for the firm, which was named the fastest-growing law firm in The Lawyer’s Top 100 in 2025 and is the only law firm to feature in the Financial Times’ Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions.
Setfords was founded in 2006 on a simple premise: give lawyers a better way of working and clients will get a better legal service. The firm’s 650-plus lawyers are self-employed consultants, supported by a proprietary technology platform and a Guildford-based operations team of nearly 200 people.
The platform manages onboarding, matter management, compliance, billing and business development – with a centralised lead-generation engine delivering over £20m of annual work to its lawyers.

It was named New Law Business of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2025 and reported FY25 revenue of £67m.
