Daily accounts assistance for our consultants
The team deals with a range of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to keep things running smoothly for our lawyers, clients, and the business. These tasks include:
· Processing disbursement invoice requests from third parties
· Generating and posting BACS and CHAPS credits
· Costs transfer
· Finalising client invoices, raised in draft by the secretarial team
· Processing payment requests
· Processing and printing cheques
· Allocating funds to files
· Dealing with unidentified payments
Finance and credit control
There are several subsections within the team, including our finance team who process your consultant invoices, and our credit control team who are able to assist with reports on any matters where you may have outstanding balances to ensure they are settled before you close the file.
