Starting with us
When you join Setfords, our technology team will get you set up on Halo and make onboarding as smooth as possible. You’ll get full training from day one. The team will also advise you on the right equipment for our systems, help you set up your hardware and make sure you’re ready to start working with clients.
Day-to-day assistance
Halo is built around your practice. When you log in, your dashboard shows your key dates, work in progress and client ledger in one clear view. With everything in one system, routine tasks take less time. For example, you can take a document from draft to client signature in three clicks.
If you run into a technical issue, our 24/7 tech support is there whenever you need it, part of our 200+ strong central support team.

Because Halo is built in-house, it keeps evolving around the way our consultants actually work. Tell us what would make your day easier, and our team can often build it in days. To give you a sense of how quickly we can work, Halo had 22 updates in its first ten weeks, many of them shaped by consultant feedback.
