Setfords Solicitors has been listed among the UK’s top 100 law firms, with record growth seeing it rise rapidly up The Lawyer’s turnover-based rankings.
Founded in 2006, Setfords was the first full-service law firm to launch a consultancy model. Over 15 years Setfords has grown into a multi-million-pound business with over 400 lawyers throughout the country and 140 support staff.
The firm entered the top 200 for the first time in 2020 with a turnover of £17.6 million. Today, following unprecedented growth, Setfords is now placed within the UK 100, following a 96 per cent increase in revenue. Turnover finished at £34.5 million for the most recent financial year.

We have seen a 41% increase in consultant lawyers at Setfords in the last financial year. We offer lawyers a highly attractive support package and we have invested millions of pounds in new technology and infrastructure to allow remote working from anywhere in the world."

The top 100 ranking comes in the same year Setfords has received nominations for Law Firm of the Year 2021 from The Lawyer and The Law Society. In September Setfords won Regional Law Firm of the Year at The Legal Business Awards.
