Frequently asked questions
Our consultants earn between 50% and 80% of their billings on a sliding fee scale. This is thanks to our fee share model, where clients pay the firm and consultants receive their share of the fees whilst also enjoying our industry-leading support.
You can invoice us for your fees once the client’s bill has been paid. You’ll then be paid within a maximum of thirty working days, though most payments are made within 7-10 working days.
We use a dynamic fee split structure designed to reward you as you grow your practice. When you reach specific billing thresholds, you will receive a higher fee split for all billings within that band. All of our support is included in your fee split.

However, please note that as a consultant, you will be expected to bring in your own work alongside any support you may receive from the business development team.
Yes, we host regular webinars which contribute to your CPD. While we do aim to contribute as much as possible, as a self-employed individual, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you cover everything you need throughout the year.
