If you’re considering making the move to consultancy, it helps to know what the journey to getting started actually looks like. At Setfords, the process is straightforward, efficient and entirely remote-friendly. You won’t need to visit us in person at any point, unless you want to.
The Joining Process
The process typically follows these steps:
- Initial discussion: a conversation to understand your background, your practice area and whether Setfords is the right fit for you
- CV and experience review: we’ll take a look at your experience to make sure you meet our requirements
- Compliance checks: standard checks carried out as part of the onboarding process
- Signing your consultancy agreement: once everything is in order, you’ll sign your consultancy agreement to formalise the arrangement
