Step 2 - We get to know each other
After emailing to arrange a convenient time, our recruitment specialists will give you a call to talk you through hoq consultancy at Setfords works and answer your questions. It's the first step in getting to know each other: your chance to explore the model, and ours to understand your practice and make sure it's the right fit for both sides.
Step 3 - We'll get you onboarded
Once you've made the decision to join Setfords, we'll get to work setting you up as a consultant. You'll add your details and upload key docs to our system, and get set up with IT. You’ll also be introduced to key support members who can answer any questions you may have. From there your profile will go live and you'll be ready to hit the ground running.
