When asked what part of his old working routine he didn’t miss, Antony said:

Time is important for all of us, and for Antony, the rigidity of his 9-5 was a cause for concern. Antony prides himself on effective communication, speed and efficiency in his way of working. We asked Antony which of the many small freedoms unlocked by consultancy had made the biggest difference to his routine; he said:
“Being able to start at a time that suits me and rest when I need to”
